Do you know if your home environment is as healthy as it can be?
Take this simple quiz:
- Does my water leave stains or deposits on porcelain or metal fixtures?
- Does any part of my house have a musty odor, especially when closed up?
- Does my foundation have cracks or wetness?
- Is my garage attached to the house?
- Is there excessive dust on surfaces or in the air?
- Are there any objectionable odors from the water or elsewhere?
- Do pets live in the house?
- Is there a wood stove or fireplace?
- Are there any unvented gas appliances?
- Is there evidence of indoor rodents or insects?
- Is asbestos or lead present?

Basic Healthy Home Inspection - $225.00
Includes:
Thorough 60 point indoor and outdoor inspection by certified inspector.
- Includes ventilation, humidity, moisture, foundation, heating & air conditioning, and
more. - Fungal (mold) duct or surface wipe with laboratory analysis
- 3 part water test: pH, hardness, dissolved solids
- Written report with recommendations
Comprehensive Healthy Home Inspection - $375.00
Includes:
Complete 85 point indoor and outdoor inspection by certified inspector
- Includes ventilation, humidity, moisture, foundation, landscape, floors, heating & air
conditioning, pipes, and much more. - Fungal (mold) air sample with laboratory analysis
- Fungal (mold) duct or surface wipe with laboratory analysis
- 6 part water test: pH, hardness, dissolved solids, nitrate/nitrite, bacteria, lead
- Complete written report with photo documentation and site-specific
recommendations
*within 30 miles of our lab in North Syracuse; add $10 travel fee for each 10 miles beyond 30.
